Lennar built homes in Gambill Forest, Mooresville NC. Homes were sold and allowed to be occupied that didn't meet gas code. Fire hazards, with garage exit doors that hit each other, not allowing them to open freely. Inspectors who falsified documentation for Lennar and a state control board that feels he only needs to be restrained even though i have an email from him telling me he knew it didn't meet code. What legitimate reason would an inspector falsify documentation for a contractor thatbputs peoples lives in danger. I also had a fire chief and 2 fire inspectors who heard the inspector say, he didn't care about the violation. There are other code issues that still haven't been resolved.
